Doing my part to save you money...



To give my customers better service and added value, I'm mobile, so I can come to you.  No longer must you worry about bringing your computer to my shop or about figuring out how to set it back up again at home after I repair it.  I will do all that for you at no extra charge.

At YOUR convenience, I will pick up your computer.  Just give me a time and I will be there.  Pickups and deliveries will be scheduled for everyday of the week for your convenience.  Please allow for a 3 day turn around in most cases, unless I am waiting on parts.



What you can expect...



1.  I can pick up your computer from your house or your place of employment.



2.  If pick-up is at your house, you can show me the problem.  If I can fix the problem in 15 minutes or less, you just pay a service fee of $25.00.  If I determine it will be longer, I will disconnect the computer for you and take the computer to my shop for repair.  This does not include parts and labor.
 

3.  When I pick up the computer, I will give you a receipt for your computer. You have the option of paying a deposit when I pick up your computer.  Any balance left will be due when I deliver your computer to you.
 

4.  When the computer is fixed, I will schedule a time to deliver the computer to your home or place of work.  If delivery is to your home, I will hook up the computer and have you verify that the problem has been fixed.  Once you have verified that the problem has been corrected, I will collect the balance owed  (I will notify you of the balance owed before delivery.)
 

I will continue to offer In-Home repair for the same fees as listed on my Price page.

A deposit of $20.00 will be expected at the time of pickup.  I can take All credit cards, cash or money orders.
